The main villages and towns of character (Carpentras, Orange, Avignon, Vaison-la-Romaine, Gordes, Roussillon) are nearby, as are the vineyards of Châteauneuf-du-Pape and the Dentelles de Montmirail. Local shops and markets are 5 km away, with easy access to the most beautiful sites in the Vaucluse. The Mediterranean beaches are within easy reach for a day trip.
