Room 1

Room 2
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed Super king size. Bathroom private, with walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom, separate WC room. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 3
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed Super king size. Bathroom private, with bathtub. separate WC room. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 4
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 2 single beds. Bathroom ensuite, with walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom, separate WC room. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.


Indoors 

This beautiful traditional Provencal house, with its dry stone, has been carefully decorated and modernly equipped. Air conditioning is present in all rooms, ensuring optimum comfort in all seasons.
The living area, the heart of the house, is divided into two parts: the living room side and the kitchen/dining room side. This modern and comfortable space offers beautiful volumes and is very bright thanks to its large windows.
The living room has high ceilings and is a perfect place to relax, read, chat or watch TV in a contemporary and warm setting.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped. Guests will find everything they need to prepare delicious meals, which they can enjoy on the beautiful wooden table or on the 100 m² terrace. There is also a pantry with a second American fridge.
On the ground floor there are three large bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. One of them has access to a small private terrace with sunbeds. 
The fourth bedroom, with a mansard ceiling, is on the first floor (accessible from a spiral staircase). It has two single beds and is perfect for children. This bedroom also has a large bathroom.


Outdoors​ 

The property has a lovely garden and a magnificent terrace with pine trees in the background. Here, the nature of Provence is sublimated, superbly enhanced by the natural materials and tones used : the paved floor of the terrace, the wooden deck of the swimming pool, the terracotta flowerpots...
The large terrace is perfect for al fresco meals and the plancha offers the promise of good grills, for moments of conviviality.
Guests can also take advantage of the beautiful alarmed pool (9 x 5 metres) and its sunbeds.
The house provides boules balls. The front of the house has a gravel area that can be used as a boules court.


Staff & Services

The price includes a cleaning service during your stay (3 hours per week), end-of-stay cleaning, outdoor and pool maintenance (pool maintenance on Wednesday), replacement of bed linen (every 7 days), toiletries and bath products, 10 Nespresso capsules and a cleaning kit (set of amenities for the first few days).


Location

Situated at the foot of Mont Ventoux, Villa Mandaline is ideally located for visiting the beautiful region of Vaucluse, which is rich in activities, walks and visits. Indeed, in addition to its nature walks, the region has a very rich historical and cultural heritage. 
The villages of the Luberon and their charming little streets will invite travellers to stroll around: Gordes, Ménerbes, Bonnieux, Roussillon, Lacoste... 
Guests can also visit Avignon and its unique historical sites, such as the "Palais des Papes" and the "Pont d'Avignon".
The property is only a 20 minutes walk away from the centre of Pernes-les-Fontaines, where there are charming shops and restaurants, but also pretty streets and the 41 fountains that have made it famous.
