The fully-equipped family kitchen, laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, 2nd fridge) and TV lounge upstairs add to the rhythm of daily life.


Outdoors 

To the south, three terraces offer a variety of settings: a cosy outdoor living room, a large table under a mulberry-planter for 10, and lounging areas. Poolside, you'll love the heated pool (15x7m - Depth: 1.1 - 2.4m) with cover, the fully-equipped pool house (summer kitchen, bar, lounge, table for 12), the barbecue/plancha area and a friendly petanque court. The 1 hectare garden, planted with olive trees and featuring a small pond, provides a unique feeling of exclusivity and immersion in Provencal nature. Shaded parking (electric hook-up) available.
The property also has a parking area on the north side for 3 cars and a socket for electric vehicles.
