Note : Bedroom 1 is only accessible from the outside and opens onto the terrace and garden.

Inside, you'll find a vast open-plan living area where the lounge, dining room and kitchen blend harmoniously. The warm, inviting communal areas are perfect for socialising. The decor, a blend of history and modernity, highlights the exposed beams and original fireplaces. The recently renovated kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, ideal for preparing delicious meals with family and friends. 


Outdoors 

The intimate garden, planted with flowers and trees, is a sublime place to relax. The swimming pool (9 x 7 m) is 80 m from the house. Surrounded by stone walls and flowers, it offers a lovely view of the Château Fort d'Avignon. Whether you want to relax in the sun or organise an al fresco lunch on the terrace, the enchanting surroundings will appeal to all travellers.
You can also find 6 clay tennis courts adjacent to Property (Villeneuve les Avignon Tennis Club).


Staff & Services

The price includes weekend cleaning and a cleaning service during your stay (4 hours twice a week).

Ideally situated, the house is just 1 km from Villeneuve-lès-Avignon and 2 km from Avignon, the papal city. Close to exceptional historical and cultural sites, it has easy access to the vineyards of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, as well as the picturesque villages of Saint Rémy de Provence and Gordes. The proximity of local markets and renowned restaurants means that visitors can discover the flavours of the region.
