Villa Coeur Cigale is an exceptional property of 400m² able to accommodate up to 12 people in a beautiful environment. The house has a heated swimming pool of 12m x 5m overlooked by a jacuzzi (please note the jacuzzi is heated at the pool temperature - max 28 °, depending on weather conditions).

The house is ideally located near Uzès and close to all the sights of Provence. It is nestled in a green setting of more than 3,600 sqm close to the picturesque village of Saint Siffret.

Master bedroom, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with bathtub. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, dressing room.

On the ground floor, all rooms have underfloor cooling. Upstairs rooms have air conditioning.

Villa Coeur Cigale is fully equipped to make your life easier. Comfortably sit in this luxurious villa, dressed in refined materials, crawl on the vast terraces directly accessible from the main rooms, laze in an idyllic environment, rocked by the song of the cicadas.

The main rooms of the villa, on the garden level, offer a view overlooking the landscaped park, ancient olive grove with preserved charm.
You'll find a large living room and a dining room for 12 people, a reading room and TV of colonial spirit, a fully equipped kitchen (ovens, ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher), and a fully equipped storeroom (2nd fridge / freezer, washing machine, dryer).

To add to the exceptional character of the place, the decoration and furnishings of Villa Coeur Cigale are punctuated by unique pieces from all over the world, a clever mixture inspired by the many travels of its owners. The result is a sumptuous mix of antiques and craftsmanship from around the world.


Outdoors

In the garden you will find sun loungers in the sun or you can lounge in the shade of the pool-house. Enjoy the vast covered summer kitchen, with plancha, refrigerator and plenty of storage, as well as a shower and a toilet.
Enjoy the swimming pool during hot summer days, and relax in the jacuzzi (28°c) at sunset.
Parking for 4 cars.

The ground floor has an underfloor heating/cooling system. There is air conditioning on the first floor.

- The bubble bath overlooking the pool is not covered.
- Maximum temperature of the hot tub and pool: 28°C.
