Room. The bedroom has 2 Beds including 1 Bench seat 160 cm, 1 double bed 140 cm. Bathroom private, with bathtub, 1 washbasin. WC in the bathroom.
Room 5
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 2 single beds 90 cm. Bathroom private, with shower, 1 washbasin.
Room 6
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with bathtub, 1 washbasin.
Notes:
- Bedding in the Tuscan Room: there is a cabin bed (160×200cm) and a guest bed (140×200cm).
- The playroom in the attic (15m²) can be converted into a children's bedroom/dormitory, with its pull-out bed for 2 (90×200 mattress) and the possibility of adding 2 additional mattresses (90×200).
Indoors

The dining room accommodates large, convivial gatherings and opens onto a fully equipped kitchen: a range cooktop, wine cellar, and complete set of appliances allow you to cook up a storm.
The combination of antique terracotta tiles, exposed beams, and travertine blends harmoniously with modern comforts, including full air conditioning and hotel-quality bedding. Each living space is bathed in natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.
Outdoors
The property offers a beautiful 2,000 m² Mediterranean garden, an idyllic setting for relaxation. The heated swimming pool (11 x 4m - depth: 1.2 to 1.8m) offers a breathtaking view of the mill, inviting you to enjoy unforgettable moments of relaxation. The pool house and the large shaded terrace under the hackberry trees are a true haven of peace.
An outdoor table, accompanied by a plancha/barbecue, offers the possibility of enjoying al fresco meals for 15 guests, from breakfast to dinner under the stars. Relaxation areas, in the sun or shade, complete the picture, while private parking adds to the peace of mind of guests.
The parking can accommodate up to 6 cars.
* Pool heating is included in April, October and early November.
The pool does not need to be heated from May to September and is closed from November to the end of March.

La première entre amis. Nous étions 5. Douceur, calme, lecture au bord de la piscine, siestes, apéros, discussions effrénées...
Puis 1 semaine à 12 avec nos enfants et petits enfants ( 5, 4 et 4 ans). Rires, jeux, sauts dans la piscine, grandes tablées, joie.
Tout le monde sans exception a adoré cette maison et le temps que nous y avons passé. Grande, super bien équipée et joliment meublée. Des lits confortables, plein de salles de bains. Une grande cuisine bien équipée. Une clim qui fonctionne parfaitement. Un très joli jardin avec des arbres magnifiques pour le farniente et les repas. Un grand espace piscine pour les jeux et la baignade. Si l’occasion se présente , nous y reviendrons sans faute. Merci à l'hôtesse pour son accueil et pour la confiance qu'elle nous a accordée en nous confiant sa belle maison.
Une mention particulière pour la Cheffe à domicile recommandée par la propriétaire, à qui nous avons demandé de nous concocter des repas estivaux et festifs lorsque nous étions 12. Quel bonheur d’être libérés des courses et de la cuisine pour profiter pleinement les uns des autres autres. La Cheffe, hyper sympa, nous a régalés d’une cuisine méditerranéenne et savoureuse.
