Indoors 

As soon as you step inside, you’ll find spacious, light-filled rooms. The large living area comprises an elegant lounge with a fireplace and a cosy dining room, ideal for gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a south-facing terrace, perfect for breakfast in the sunshine. A spacious separate room just a few metres from the main house serves as a summer dining room, reading room or games room, depending on your preferences. With an authentic Provençal style and modern amenities (Sonos audio system, air conditioning, utility room), the interior of Villa Bastiane blends tradition and modernity.

Outdoors 

You’ll enjoy several terraces, perfect for taking in the countryside, and a landscaped garden where you can stroll amongst the olive trees and lavender. The pool area is particularly striking for its originality: a free-form pool carved into the rock (approximately 11 metres in diameter), surrounded by wooden decking and perfectly integrated into the Provençal landscape. Not far from there, a discreet chapel adds a touch of soul and authenticity to the property. Every corner of the grounds offers a remarkable view of the Luberon, the valley and the region’s iconic bories.


Location

The property is situated in Gordes, arguably the most iconic village in the Luberon, famous for its dry-stone architecture and enchanting views. Just a few minutes’ drive from the village centre, you’ll be secluded enough to enjoy complete tranquillity, yet close to markets, gourmet restaurants, hiking trails and other wonders of the regional nature park. Walks starting from the house will take you to discover the bories and unforgettable landscapes, typical of timeless Provence.



Important note: part of the access road is not suitable for vehicles with low ground clearance (for approximately 200 metres).
