Room, 2nd floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm configurable in twin beds. Bathroom shared, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 5
Room, 2nd floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom shared, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 6 - Studio Indépendant :
Room. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with bathtub, shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV.

Notes:
- Bedooms 1 and 2 do not have air conditioning but are equipped with cooling fans.
- Sofa bed (sleeps 2–3 teenagers), located in the lower part of the living room.


Indoors 

Spread over three floors, the house boasts a tasteful ambience and has been furnished with understated materials to ensure unobtrusive comfort. The home is characterised by open-plan, light-filled living areas: a cosy living room, a welcoming dining room and a seamless flow towards the veranda-arbour. The kitchen, designed for cooking with others, is very well equipped. Fibre optic broadband (Wi-Fi), Smart TV, laundry room. 


Outdoors 

The property is set on a 12,000 m² enclosed, wooded plot featuring a landscaped garden, Mediterranean plants and a lavender field. You can also enjoy shaded terraces under exotic wooden pergolas, two garden lounges, a veranda-arbour and an outdoor kitchen.
The swimming pool (14 x 4m – Depth: 1.6m) can be heated and offers unobstructed views of the Luberon mountains.
For your entertainment: a porous concrete tennis court, an ‘urban’ area for basketball and football, and a trampoline.
There is space for 4–5 cars on the property (inside the property and in front of the gate).

An electric wild boar fence is activated at night from June to October (from 9 pm to 6 am).


Location

The villa is situated between Ménerbes (around a 5-minute drive) and Lacoste, in the heart of the Luberon, with easy access to hilltop villages, vineyards and Provençal markets. You’ll also be just 10–15 minutes from Gordes. Nearby, you’ll find hiking trails, cycle routes and fine dining spots.
